The Physics of Biology

Our bodies are made of cells, and those cells have to move around and interact. That means they are governed by the laws of physics. On our show today is Dr. Moumita Das, Assistant Professor of Physics at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She’ll talk to us about the physics of biology. In our second half we’ll talk about the challenges and advantages of interdisciplinary science.
